Noboyuki is quite possibly one of the most perverted characters ever in a non hentai anime. Most of his offtime is spent hitting on the girls of trying to get a "peek". Noboyuki, lucky bastard, managed to get Achika to become his wife(dammit, I'm so jealous). 9 Years after they married Achika gave birth to Tenchi.
