Abilities: Kiyone's a cop so she has all the training that a GP Officer would normally have.
Kiyone is like a cursed person. Her life was going pretty sweet up to the point that she graduated the Galaxy Police Academy. She was on track to be a tremendous success as a GP Officer, but when she graduated she was team up with the biggest problem in her life, Mihoshi. Ever since them everything that could go wrong the Kiyone's life did until she heard Mihoshi died. She was tremendously happy and stress free until she found out Mihoshi survived.
She does not always hate Mihoshi, though most of the time she wants to kill her ^_^ Sometimes is softens up and acts kind towards her clumsy partner. Kiyone is idolized by Mihoshi, Mihoshi wants nothing more than to spend her entire life with Kiyone, while Kiyone wants the exact opposite, shes wants nothing more than to be away from Mihoshi forever. She managed to get this dream to come true, at least for a little bit, in the "travel through space and time" episodes. One of the worlds they traveled to was a world where Kiyone is free of Mihoshi, but they end up getting back together to the anger of Kiyone.
Kiyone as a person is the opposite of Mihoshi, she is calm, and has a natural ability to be a good cop. She also is an accepting person. Though she obviously hates her situation she does not go ballistic about it. She can also be called a victim, no matter what happens Kiyone always gets aggrevation and pain. Overall she is one of my favorite characters on the show, and the person that is most like Tenchi(i.e. not too wierd, and is a normal person....well relatively so^_^.)
